My First Semi-Dried Tomatoes!


My first jar of Semi-dried Tomatoes with Basil and Tarragon.
Really good even if i do say so myself!

    I remember making them as a kid on school holidays We were playing at our friends house and her school teacher dad helped us make a solar oven. We dried our own tomatoes and made fresh pasta for dinner the following night.
    Thanks for the jerking my memory.

    Oh I love love love semi dried tomatoes. I should actually make some today as we have a huge amount of cherry toms to used up.
